When can I cancel my order?
a) Before sending the products - The cancellation can be done by sending an e-mail to the email address email@example.com Monday to Saturday.
b) After receiving the products you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products.
Changes / Returns to physical stores
Changes to products purchased online can also be made at physical bonitoshop stores.

For all cases you wish to return-change the product you bought (change size / color / design, replacement, repair or refund), you should contact us by email or phone.
Once your request has been verified by our staff, you will receive email notification of return approval and instructions on how and where to send it.
To proceed with the return of the product, the product must be in the condition received without damage & within its original packaging. The returned products must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt.
If you wish to change the product you bought - and only if the product has not been used - you must inform our store within 7 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date of approval Request.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, otherwise it will not be accepted. If for any reason the outer packing bag is lost, another bag should be used so that the inner packing is protected and it is not possible for the courier company to affix tapes and markings.
For orders within Greece, the return is made with ELTA COURIER at the expense of the company and the shipment of the new product is charged with shipping costs of € 3.99.
In case the product you received does not match the product of your order, you must inform our store about the Request within 3 days of receipt and send the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the Request.
In this case there is no customer charge for the replacement.
In case of a defective product, contact our Company for its replacement. Our Company will replace the product if the conditions of the law are met and the present terms of the Company are observed. In case of product return, if the consumer explicitly wishes to be replaced, he will receive by e-mail a discount coupon code of equal value for the purchase of another product (s), with which he can place a new order or simply replace the product he returns.
Alternatively we make a refund (equal value to the value of the shoe / s)
The returns of all products (discount and not) in which the customer wants a refund process is as follows:
Initially, the condition for the return of products is that it be made within 20 calendar days (from the day of purchase), that the original packaging is intact (with papers, labels, etc.) and that you send us the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction ( e.g., Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice, etc.) for cancellation.
The product can be sent to us with ELTA COURIER and our charge. In this case, the cost of transport (5 euros) will be deducted from the final refund amount. Alternatively you can send the product to us by courier of your choice and at your own expense. In this case, the amount of your purchase is returned to you as it is.
Refund / Right of Withdrawal
Bonitoshop.gr must return your money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, it may be late to refund your money if you do not receive the products or proof of return.
Refunds are made by arrangement and within 14 days. The refund is made in the same way that your purchase was made and from the refund amount are deducted the new shipping-return costs that will arise € 4.99 if done via courier.
